This listing is for a commercial use license for any of our designs. It allows you to sell ONE file for profit on items such as shirts, mugs, etc. You CANNOT resell the file as an SVG or any other file type.

MUST PUYOU RCHASE ONE COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR EACH DESIGN YOU PLAN TO RESELL ON A FINISHED PRODUCT.

• Place this listing in your cart. You need a listing for EACH individual product.
• In the "message to seller" section at checkout list the shop or shops where you will be selling the design/designs at.
• There will be no document sent to you after purchasing this License. For proof of License, please keep your order emails and payment receipts.

The design must be purchased separately. One Commercial Use License is required for each design you plan to resell for profit and is good for up to 500 uses.

TRADEMARK STATEMENT:

>>> Prior to activating a listing, the USPTO database is checked for any trademarks on words, sayings and phrases used in the design. However, new trademarks are issued daily and it is possible a word, saying or phrase used in one of our designs will be trademarked in the future.

>>> It is the buyer’s responsibility to also check the USPTO database prior to selling items with our design. We are ultimately NOT responsible for any trademark infringement on your final product.

📌 LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Commercial License authorizes the buyer to use the design purchased to create products/items such as t-shirts, mugs, signs, and other physical items. (EXCLUDING SUBLIMATION/SCREEN PRINTS)

No physical item will be sent to you. Keep your receipt as your record.

❌ Does not include the price of the design.

❌ You may NOT Resell any of the digital files (SVG, PNG, JPEG, or DXF) or use in logos.

❌ Coupon Codes and discounts are not included.

❌ Sell my art in digital files, even if you add a background

❌ Cut the designs apart and piece them together to create new designs

❌ Sell my art in digital files, even if you add a background

❌ This license doesn’t allow you to gift, share, give or email designs to others

❌ Upload my files to any file sharing websites for any reason

EXCLUSIONS & TERMS OF USE:

--YOU MAY NOT use our design for any Print on Demand (3rd party printing site) service such as Merch, Printful, Printify, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, TedBubble, Teespring, or a similar site that makes items for you to sell in your own store on Etsy, Shopify, ect. Your product MUST be made by YOU.

--YOU MAY NOT create a new digital product intended for resell that incorporates any part of this design (whole or in parts), sell as a transfer or stencil, or digitized for embroidery
